A massive shoutout the the lifeguard Sergio, I have a 9 year old, a 4 year old and my nephew is 9 too. They had pool activities and my 4 year old was very nervous about joining in, Sergio helped her across the water path whilst I was waiting at the end to catch her. He really boosted all 3 of their confidence’s and by the end of the holiday my 4 year old was confident enough to swim on her own without clinging to me in the water. Just a few minutes’ stroll from the iconic Levante Beach, this African-themed property is also a great pick for entertainment lovers, with loads of lively activities to suit all ages. Each bright and contemporary Double Room sleeps up to three guests, and features an en-suite bathroom, individually-regulated air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, telephone (internal calls only) and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Single Rooms, Sea View Rooms and spacious Master Rooms with a separate living area are also available, and cots can be supplied upon request for a local charge. Double Supreme and Double Standard Rooms don’t feature a balcony. The hotel features a main buffet restaurant, which offers a dedicated menu for children, and caters to special diets such as vegetarian and coeliac upon request. There’s also a swim-up bar in the main pool, a snack bar, a beverage bar and a coffee shop on-site. Magic Aqua Rock Gardens

Enthousiast vanwege de glijbanen op naar het hotel. Mijn dochter kon niet wachten. Daar aangekomen gelijk kamer gekregen, zijn erg schoon en zagen er leuk uit. Zwembadwater is echter verschikkelijk koud, echt bijna niet te doen, zeewater is vele malen warmer. Alles maar dan ook alles is engels en beetje spaans georienteerd. Alleen maar engelsen en dat betekent dus drinken van de ochtend tot de avond. Ook het eten is hierop aangepast dus vet vet vet. Geen schoon stukje vlees te krijgen. Ontbijt wat beleg maar vooral worstjes, witte bonen in saus en jawel zelfs patat. Mijn dochter heeft geen vriendinnetje daar gevonden, heel jammer. Gelukkig ligt het hotel vlak bij het strand, je moet een heuveltje af maar echt dat is prima te doen. Daar zijn wij dus veel geweest, omdat daar wel nederlandse kinderen waren. En dus ook op de boulevard gegeten wat trouwens niet duur was. Ik ga helaas niet meer terug, jammer van het eten want het hotel en de ligging is prima.

Wij zijn eind april 2 weken naar dit geweldige hotel geweest. De kamer zijn ruime en schoon,personeel is heel erg aardig en meedenkend,spreken niet allemaal Engels maar bent tenslotte in Spanje. Onze zoon werd 2 tijdens ons verblijf, en de medewerkers hadden een plekje in het restaurant versiert en een taart voor hem gemaakt. De all inclusive is gewoonweg perfect. Eten is van goede kwaliteit en genoeg variatie. Al het drinken inclusief cocktails horen erbij. Zwembad water was wat aan de koude kant,maar het was ook nog vroeg in het seizoen. Kids club was erg goed,kinderen moeten wel een beetje Engels kunnen. Animatie was ook erg leuk. Eigenlijk maar 1 nadeel ondervonden en dat was dat de kids club op de verdieping van de receptie wat vaker schoongemaakt mag worden. De steile heling die hier vaak wordt genoemd valt ook wel mee,de lange weg naar boven is wat minder steil en ben je 1 minuut langer onderweg. Kort om, het is een geweldig hotel om met kinderen heen te gaan. Zou hier zomaar naar terug gaan.
