RMT went back and forth on email several times with me and manufacturer to get it sorted out. Finally got it working. They did offer to refund.. but I wasn't going to give up

I recently purchased a Magid Touch Moped and I have been incredibly disappointed with its performance. The battery life is terrible and I constantly find myself running out of juice halfway through my commute. The overall quality of the moped is also very poor, as it feels flimsy and unstable. Additionally, the customer service from Magid Touch has been horrendous. They are slow to respond to my queries and provide no real solutions to my problems. I regret my decision to purchase this moped and would not recommend it to anyone.

Furthermore, the handlebars are uncomfortable and not properly adjustable, making it uncomfortable to ride for long periods. Overall, I expected much more from the Magid Touch Moped and feel let down by its poor performance.

It's a total disappointment.
