Based in Melbourne, Costume Super Centre is an Australian run business, established in 2016 and operated by a friendly Team who have a great sense of fun and imagination! In this time our business has quickly grown to become one of Australia’s Largest Online Costume Retailers.
Are your costumes legit?
Yes! Our licensed costumes are 100% Authentic and Official. We also work closely with several suppliers to ensure our non-licensed costumes are of the highest quality.
Do you hire or sell costumes?
We get asked this question a lot! We only sell costumes, for two reasons:
1) We believe that owning a brand-new costume is better than hiring :)
2) We have access to great suppliers, which means you can buy costumes at super competitive and affordable prices, and you don’t have to hand them back!
Do you have a shop I can visit? Do you allow pick-ups?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store for you to try on costumes or click to collect, but we do have a great returns policy if you’re not totally happy.
Can I pay extra to have Express Shipping?
All our orders are sent on an Express service so there's no need to pay extra! If your order is placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday in most metropolitan areas, your parcel will arrive the following day as we use the fastest service possible. However, we do not have an express post facility with 100% guaranteed next day delivery. At Costume Super Centre, we are proud of our super-fast turn-around times for your order – please read on. :)
When will I receive my order?
Super-fast! We aim to have next day delivery for nearly all metropolitan locations within Australia, except WA and NT, which may take 2-3 days. Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, depending on where you live, if you place your order before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday, we will dispatch via our service provider StarTrack that same day. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please note, large orders, bulky items such as brooms, wall breakers and weapons, fragile items such as NECA action figures and orders during our peak periods of Book Week and Halloween may also take an extra day or two for delivery.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
We don’t currently ship to NZ, but our good friends at Costume World carry the same range, with similar prices and shipping costs, 30-Day return policy and so forth. Please visit their website at www.costumeworld.co.nz and they’ll be able to assist you will all your costume needs.

Loki is known for his cunning and mischievous nature. He has the ability to shape-shift and often causes trouble for the other gods. Although he is a trickster, Loki also has a complex relationship with the other gods and plays important roles in many mythological stories. Other Scandinavian pagan gods include Baldr, the god of beauty and light, Tyr, the god of law and justice, and Freyja, the goddess of love and fertility. Each god had their own domain and significance in the Norse mythology. Scandinavian pagan gods were worshipped through rituals, sacrifices, and ceremonies. People believed that these gods influenced various aspects of their lives, from fertility and harvests to warfare and wisdom. The gods were considered powerful beings and were highly regarded by the ancient Norse people. With the spread of Christianity, the worship of Scandinavian pagan gods gradually diminished. However, their influence can still be seen in the surviving mythological stories, symbols, and place names in Scandinavian countries. The gods continue to fascinate people today and are an important part of Norse mythology and the cultural heritage of the Scandinavian region..

1. Emily - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with "Scandinavian pagan gods". While the concept of exploring ancient Norse mythology seemed interesting, the execution fell flat for me. The characters lacked depth and development, and the story felt rushed and disjointed. Additionally, the writing style was dull and lacked the descriptive language needed to fully immerse the reader in the mythical world. Overall, I don't think I would recommend this book to others looking for a captivating retelling of Scandinavian pagan gods.
2. James - 3/5 stars - I had high hopes for "Scandinavian pagan gods", but unfortunately, it didn't fully live up to my expectations. Although the book provided some interesting insights into Norse mythology, the plot was predictable and lacked suspense. The pacing was inconsistent, with certain parts dragging on while others were rushed. Furthermore, I found the dialogue between the characters to be unnatural and stilted, making it difficult for me to connect with them. While it wasn't a terrible read, I was left feeling underwhelmed by "Scandinavian pagan gods".
