This beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom 2 offices set up as 2 additional bedrooms is located just a one minute walk to Magic Sands Beach, the best beach in Kailua-Kona. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property.

The Magic Sands Retreat is a quaint 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage just around the corner from famed Magic Sands Beach and the Ali'i Drive beach corridor. 10 minute walk to the most popular beach in Kona!
This upgraded home shows attention to detail with an artists touch with many tasteful upgrades throughout including remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, & Air Conditioning!
The home is nestled in the middle of tropical and mature landscaping. Enjoy the sounds of local birds in the trees. Although a modestly sized, this home offers several areas for entertaining, reading a book or soaking up the sun.
The home offers easy access to Magic Sands Beach through a public deeded access trail. Great for a morning swim or playing in the surf.

Immediately upon walking in, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the Living Area. Kitchen features granite countertops, gorgeous cabinetry, Large Island, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven!

The Living Area is comfortable, dining available at the Island or the Dining Table. Split Air Conditioning System Available in the Living Room & All Bedrooms have Wall AC units!
Cable TV & High Speed Wifi Internet are featured in the property. TV in the Living Room!

One of the guest bedrooms is featured as a Media room with a Sofa that pulls out & has a Television/Air Conditioning.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, Wall Air Conditioning Unit, and Private Bathroom with a Walk in Shower.
The Guest Bedroom that goes to the Lanai features a Queen Sized Bed & a Wall Air Conditioning Unit
Please keep in mind there is only Air Conditioning available in the Bedrooms.

Washer/Dryer Available for Guest Use at the home as well!
