Flowers
Our flowers were by the absolutely magical Creativity by Nina Jane. She had me astounded on the day with such rich textures and colours. I had said from the early planning stages, some two years ago, that as a ‘hedgewitch’ the flowers were one of the most important aspects of the day. We worked together meticulously choosing which flowers would feature and their unique symbolisms. Ivy – to bind, thistles for hardiness and stoicism, Chablis roses for everlasting love. The roses were important, my Grandmothers’ maiden name was rose and it is also my middle name. The top table was to be a showstopper – we wanted it to look like a wild forest or a Viking bower. It was resplendent – chockful of rosemary, fresh mint, mountain heathers, ferns, elderberries, passionflowers, ivy, gyp, roses and grasses. It smelled divine.

The theme was violet lilac representative of the Great Goddess and Lady of Avalon against differing shades of green Adam s Mum, Clare wore a bespoke sage green gown and my mum, Rebecca who gave me away wore a gorgeous green dress from Pretty Eccentric, a Brighton-based online boutique. We had wooden swords and wands for the kids to play with and a wonderful willow frame arch at the back of marquee behind the top table which was seamed with ivy.

  • If I seem like the right fit for your ceremony and you want to make it "official" with me, I require a signed contract and a retainer of $300 - 50% of my fee - to reserve your date on my calendar. Although a date is required, a specific location or time for your ceremony does not need to be set in stone for you to book with me – those other details can be filled in later!
  • The remaining 50% of my fee - $300 - does not need to be paid until 2 weeks before your ceremony.
  • Any additional travel fees, rehearsal fees, or venue/site tour fees are discussed, assessed, charged, and paid in full in advance of that travel or activity.
  • If you would like me to attend an online ceremony rehearsal, an in-person ceremony rehearsal, or do a site or venue tour with you, each of these activities comes with an additional fee of $200 .
  • Travel fees : For any ceremony, rehearsal, or venue/site tour that takes place within 50 miles of my office in Salem (calculated based on the shortest one-way door-to-door route on Google Maps), I do not tack on additional travel fees. However, if the location of any of these activities is more than 50 miles away, I charge an additional travel fee equating to the 2023 IRS business standard mileage rate of 65.5 cents per mile for each mile of each round trip made.
  • For all payments, Venmo or PayPal are accepted.

Reviews for "Creating Stunning Time-Lapse Footage with the Blackmagic 6K G2"

1. John - 2/5 stars - The Black Magic 6k G2 was a complete disappointment for me. First of all, the image quality was lacking, especially in low light situations. The footage came out grainy and noisy, making it difficult to work with in post-production. Additionally, I found the camera to be quite bulky and not very user-friendly. The menu system was difficult to navigate, and I struggled to find the settings I needed. Overall, I would not recommend this camera to anyone looking for professional-quality footage.
2. Sarah - 3/5 stars - I had high hopes for the Black Magic 6k G2, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While the image quality was decent in good lighting conditions, I found that it fell short in low light situations. The footage was often too dark, and even when adjusted in post-production, the noise levels were too high. Additionally, the camera's autofocus was not reliable, and I had to constantly readjust it during shoots. The build quality was also lacking, with a plastic feel that didn't inspire confidence. In conclusion, there are better options available in this price range.
3. Michael - 2/5 stars - I regret purchasing the Black Magic 6k G2. The camera's battery life was abysmal, and I constantly had to carry multiple batteries with me for longer shoots. The screen quality was also disappointing, with poor color accuracy and visibility in bright sunlight. Furthermore, the camera's menu system was convoluted and difficult to navigate, causing frustration during shoots. While the image quality was decent, it did not make up for the numerous shortcomings of this camera. I would not recommend it to other filmmakers or videographers.
