Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.

On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. 1) John - 2 stars - The layout of the Carnival Magic deck was confusing and frustrating to navigate. There were multiple times when I found myself backtracking and getting lost trying to find different areas of the ship. The signage was also not very helpful and left me feeling more confused than ever. Overall, I was disappointed with the deck layout and it had a negative impact on my overall experience on the Carnival Magic.
2) Sarah - 1 star - I highly disliked the deck layout on the Carnival Magic. It felt like a maze and it was nearly impossible to find my way around. The signs were confusing and not well-placed, making it even more frustrating. It took away from the enjoyment of the cruise as I constantly had to rely on staff members or other guests for directions. I hope Carnival considers improving their deck layout to make it more user-friendly in the future.
3) Ryan - 3 stars - While the Carnival Magic had some great amenities, the deck layout was a major downfall for me. It was poorly organized and made it difficult to navigate the ship.
