Have waited six months into our RV life to start reviews for fair comparisons. Spent four nights. Loved this campground. Small, quiet, great mountain biking trails that you can ride to from the campground. No direct water hook-up, which was a bit surprising for the cost. But you can get water there. Great dog walking areas.

Medoc Mountain State Park

Campground was very quiet on this hot August night. Sites were level. Water outlets are on road about 50ft from the camper inlet. Office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

A somewhat small campground in northeast North Carolina. The bath house is great, very clean, hot water. Our site, #25, was close to the bath house & consequently we could hear the exhaust fan at night - just a dull hum. You may want to find a site further away. All sites are large, some particularly large. The 'pad' is stone & most ac. more

Lovely state park campground: lots of privacy, good bathhouse, easy hiking trails leaving from CG. We arrived mid-week in May without reservations and were able to get a site, only about half full.

Since few campgrounds exist in Rocky Mount NC, and the KOA in Enfield NC is closed on Sunday, we made the drive up to Medoc Mountain. It appears to be a very nice place to stay. The dump location is close to the campground entrance so we did not actually see the camping sites. The only complaint I would find with the dump location is the connections slant uphill if the connection is made on the sewer side of the RV. I believe the dump charge was $15 which was reasonable.

This park is nice and peaceful. It wasn't loud at all, but there weren't many people there when we were there. The site we were at was great and pretty level. The trail we walked on was nice. It wasn't too far or too little and my kids loved it. They also have wood available for purchase for fires and you can pick up wood you find. We will definitely be coming back. However, we had no phone service or internet. My husband had to make a work call and had to walk around for a bit but we didn't mind it.

Clean campground and bathrooms. The shared water is along the road so fill up prior to pulling into your site. TV and electric were good. Our site waas a nicely located pull through. So the drawback was the noise, but it was very loud and lasted a long while! We were there on a Friday in June. We would not choose to stay here again.

Quiet, wooded site. The nice trails were pretty wet from excess rain, but we enjoyed them. Saw the largest pine trees we'd ever seen, and they were in a hardwood forest! Quiet, wooded site. The nice trails were pretty wet from excess rain, but we enjoyed them. Saw the largest pine trees we'd ever seen, and they were in a hardwood forest! There are only 10 electric sites and two of those are handicapped. All others have no hookups. Our only complaint was that our site (and others) was far from level. We had a pull-through, and had to try to level in multiple spots. Finally ended up right inside the site entrance, away from the pad and table. Even then, and with a small RV, we had to put multiple boards under our levelers in order to get the front high enough to level. The front wheels were well off the ground! I didn't feel very comfortable with this, but we had no choice. Overall, a great park, but site maintenance is needed.

Reviews for "Lost in Wonder: Discovering Ippee Pass"

1. John - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with "Ippee pass lodhe magjc mountqin". The storyline was confusing and disjointed, making it difficult to follow along. The acting was also subpar, with many of the characters coming across as emotionless and wooden. Additionally, the special effects were underwhelming and did not enhance the overall viewing experience. Overall, I found this film to be a lackluster and forgettable experience.
2. Sarah - 1 star - I cannot recommend "Ippee pass lodhe magjc mountqin" at all. The plot was not only convoluted, but it seemed to lack any sort of depth or originality. The dialogue was cliché and uninspiring, and the pacing was far too slow, making it hard to stay engaged. The cinematography and editing were also below average, with many scenes feeling amateurish and poorly executed. Save your time and skip this film.
3. Michael - 2 stars - "Ippee pass lodhe magjc mountqin" was a major disappointment for me. The characters were poorly developed, and I found it hard to connect with any of them. The film seemed to rely heavily on CGI and visual effects, but unfortunately, they were not enough to salvage the overall story. The action sequences felt forced and lacking in excitement. I was left feeling bored and unimpressed by the end.
4. Lisa - 1 star - I really disliked "Ippee pass lodhe magjc mountqin". The film lacked coherence and seemed to jump from one scene to the next without any clear direction. The acting was unconvincing, and there was a lack of chemistry between the characters. The special effects were overdone and distracting, taking away from any potential enjoyment. Overall, this film was a miss for me and not worth watching.
