Just tried Flense and Unending Hunt and it felt kinda indistinguishable in terms of total damage output, SV and Chaos Zerkers took more hits but horde clearing was certainly faster with Flense, and Unending Hunt was fun to spam on hordes but I did lose the guaranteed 1 shotting elites for 5s ability. Cast away helps with keeping the horde staggered a huge ton, with cast away and stamina regen trinket you can do l1 l2 push-attack pretty much forever, which is very effective.
