Lew Bryson lives in Newtown, Pennsylvania, and writes about spirits and beer as managing editor of Whisky Advocate magazine and as the author of other titles in Stackpole's Breweries series. Don Cazentre is the food and drink writer for the Syracuse Post-Standard. He has been writing about beer since 1995 and is the Upstate New York correspondent for Ale Street News. His beer and food stories have appeared in Beer Connoisseur, Great Lakes Brewing News, and other publications.
